Returns and Exchanges Policy - Absolute Parts, LLC

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
    • - Products eligible for return or exchange must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
    • - Returns and exchanges and must have pre approval from Absolute Parts, LLC.
    • - Products Returned not in original unopen packaging and / or damaged may result in an extra restocking fee.
  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
    • - Contact our customer service team at returns@absolute-parts.com or call us at 602-293-3011 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • - Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
    • - Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping:
    • - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    • - Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Refund Process:
    • - Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
    • - Refunds will be issued to the customers account for future purchases.
    • - Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Exchange Process:
    • - If you are exchanging a product for a different item, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned product.
    • - Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or process a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • - Products that have been installed, used, or altered from their original condition.

    • - Products purchased from third-party sellers or distributors.
